Superbe appartement avec deux chambres et grande terrasse , vue sur la mer et aussi à la montagne. Cet modern appartement offre une chambre avec grand lit et l'autre avec deux lits simples, avec une capacité total de 4 personnes. Il y a une salle de bain avec bagnoire et une cuisine completement equipée aussi bien que un salon lumineux avec sofa et aussi table à manger. L'appartement qui fait face au sud offre une grande terrasse avec des sièges et table pour manger et aussi des chaises longues pour prendre le soleil. Un store offre protection contre le soleil si on le désire et permet aussi en été à manger en plein air pendant vous pouvez jouir la belle vue sur la mer. La location dans l'immeuble Rubarsal a un endroit idéal , juste au debut de la plage Burriana et à seulement 50 m de la plage, le choix parfait si vous prevoyez vos prochaines vacances en couple ou famille à Nerja. Garer la voiture, pas de problème, il y a une place dans le garage de l'immeuble incluis. En outre offre l'appartement climatisation central, et si vous voyage avec des amis ou en grand famille , peut-être interessant que nous offrons un autre appartement dans le même immeuble.

Surface confortable, parking privé en sous-sol, propreté générale, situation très proche Plage, du centre ville et du supermarché, grande terrasse avec très grand store protection solaire, environnement pas très bruyant la nuit. L´ excellente réactivité de Mme Sandra de Casasol pour changer très rapidement la cafetière ainsi que le fer à repasser défectueux.

La cercanía a la playa es realmente conveniente y parece que eso fue algo que apreciaste del lugar. Además, mencionar la limpieza del apartamento destaca la importancia de un ambiente ordenado y cómodo durante tu estancia. Ambos aspectos, la ubicación cerca de la playa y la limpieza impecable, seguramente contribuyeron a que tu experiencia fuera placentera y satisfactoria.

A very nice apartment

The description given is accurate. This is a good sized, well equipped, comfortable apartment. It is very conveniently located for the beach and the shops, bars and restaurants on the front. What really makes it stand out is the large balcony that curves around the apartment and gets the sun all day. The agents (Casasol) are first class offering friendly help and advice when needed, without being intrusive.

This is a good sized apartment, ideally situated for Burriana Beach and its facilities. There is a ramp to enter the main building, and a lift to assist those with restricted mobility. All rooms are good sized and suitable to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. The outstanding feature is the large balcony that catches the sun all day.
The Casasol staff are first class and always willing to help if required.

Schöne Wohnung nahe Burriana Strand

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit kurzer Nähe zum Strand und den Lokalen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und können sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Sehr wichtig für uns war bei dieser Lage die Tiefgarage, da die Parkplätze durch den nahen Strand sehr schnell belegt sind. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch die große Terrasse mit Sonnen- und Schattenseite war vorteilhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

This apartment caught the best of the day´s sunshine ( rising over the distant hills, coastline cliffs and down across the sea ) from sunrise to sunset. The outdoor balcony which spread around the entire apartment had ample seating and lounge chairs for sun bathers. We found the apartment to be clean and bright. for a small fee it could also be air conditioned as needed.
